Representative office of Clusters and Technoparks Association of Russia opened in Ufa

The official representative office of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and Special Economic Zones of Russia (ACIT RF) in the Volga Federal District has opened in the capital of Bashkiria.

“The Volga Federal District is one of the fastest growing in Russia. Clusters, industrial technoparks, industrial parks, SEZs are working and actively being created in its territory,” Andrey Shpilenko, Director of the ACIT RF said.

Today, the association unites more than 110 members from 50 regions of the country, representing the interests of over 3,000 organizations that are part of industrial clusters, technology parks, SEZs and other organizations. The total volume of manufactured products exceeds 853 billion rubles, which is approximately 1% of Russia's GDP.

Earlier the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov held a business meeting with Andrey Shpilenko, where they discussed the formation of tools for the territorial development of industry in the republic.
