Projects in agriculture, production and tourism were presented at Investment Hour session

At the Government House, the Prime Minister of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov held a thematic meeting in the Investment Hour format, at which new projects in the economy and social sphere were considered.

Ilgiz Gainanshin, Deputy General Director of Rassvet LLC, spoke about the comprehensive modernization of a dairy farm for 550 cows in the village of Nikolaevka, Tuymazinsky District.

According to him, the project was launched in 2021. The builders have already installed a new grain cleaning and milking complex, and are preparing to launch a feedlot for 300 cows. In addition, the plans include the modernization of the calf barn, the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, and the purchase of highly productive breeding stock. The total investment is 243 million rubles.

Sergey Krasavin, General Director of Euro Accent Saba LLC, presented a project for the construction of a plant in Ufa for the production of fiberglass products for wastewater treatment plants. The investor intends to spend 130 million rubles for new production and supply products for the housing and utility services and the road industry in the region.

According to the Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic Yegor Rodin, today such equipment is imported to Bashkortostan from other regions. The implementation of the investment project will make it possible to obtain local production, including for the development of individual housing construction.

Entrepreneur Elvina Rozhina spoke about the project to create an eco-hotel "Family Stories" in the Karaidelsky region. Having invested 96 million rubles, the investor plans to build a complex of buildings and structures, including a hotel, a cafe, individual guest houses, and a zoological park. Some of the buildings are in the final stages of construction. In addition, a beach area will be equipped on the adjacent bank of the Ufa River.

Another initiative in the service sector is the creation of an agro-tourism park "Zilim Recreation Territory" in the Gafuriysky district. The "Ikar and Co" company intends to implement it. As director Ildar Karimov said, the project is being implemented in the glamping format. To do this, they developed a business plan and selected a potential site.
