Procedure for determining investment projects scale for glamping has been changed in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, changes have been made to the Procedure for determining the compliance of a large-scale investment project with the criteria for the glamping organization - types of campsites that combine the comfort of a hotel room with the possibility of outdoor recreation.

“The legislation establishes certain criteria that investment projects for the creation of glamping sites must comply with to provide the initiators of such projects with land plots for rent without bidding,” the Minister of Land and Property Relations RB Natalya Polyanskaya said. “Investment projects involving the creation of glamping sites are large-scale investment projects while ensuring that there are at least 7 modules".

"For investment projects involving the creation of tourism industry facilities, the minimum investment threshold has been reduced from 50 million rubles to 10 million rubles for inclusion in the List of Priority Investment Projects. We are ready to support even small projects if they involve the creation of new jobs, and, accordingly, improve the socio-economic situation in the republic," the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy RB Damir Galiullin said.
