Investor plans to invest 50 million rubles in roadside complex construction on M-5 Ural highway
The Ufakran company plans to place a new roadside complex along the M-5 Ural highway. The project will be implemented in several stages. In the first stage, during which it is planned to equip the necessary infrastructure, the investments will be about 50 million rubles.
The Development Corporation will provide the investor with the necessary consulting and methodological support. Recall that the Government RB approved the Concept for the Development of Roadside Service for 2020-2024. According to the document, 1,000 new facilities will appear in the republic on regional and federal roads in four years, and the same number is planned to be modernized. Roadside complexes will be made in the same style with an emphasis on national themes.
