Nearly 4,000 residents of Bashkiria are active carriers of coronavirus
The emergency operations center of Bashkiria for combatting a new coronavirus infection has updated the statistical data on the incidence. Over the past day, 519 new cases of infection have been confirmed in the region. The total number of infected since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 276,130 people.
100 people are being treated in hospitals, 79 of them are over 60 years old. Home treatment under the supervision of doctors is recommended for 3,685 residents of the region. Thus, almost four thousand people are currently active carriers of COVID-19.
A total of 266,819 people were discharged from hospitals, of which 4,113 were discharged in the last 24 hours. 2,403,459 residents of Bashkiria were fully vaccinated.
