This decision affected the ratings of Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Bashkortostan, Chuvashia, Komi, Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, Krasnodar and Krasnodar Territory, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Omsk and Omsk Region, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Samara Region and Volgograd.
In early March, Moody's announced the suspension of its activities in Russia.
