The Russian government has submitted a draft law to the State Duma, which provides for a reduction in the construction time for priority facilities, and also simplifies the interaction between the state and specialized investors.
Changes in the Town Planning Code will allow the Government to identify such objects and build them under facilitated procedures.
“We simplify the approval process as much as possible by eliminating outdated bureaucratic barriers. This approach will save time for residents and money of the state and support the construction industry,” Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said.
The reduction in administrative procedures will reduce the turnaround time by about a year and allow businesses to reduce costs.
