In Bashkiria, they plan to open the production of test systems for diagnosing infections in animals. The corresponding agreement between the Veterinary Directorate of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Russian company White Partners LLC on cooperation in terms of studying market needs and organizing the production of test systems for express testing of infectious diseases of productive animals and companion animals in Bashkiria was signed at the Agrocomplex-2022 exhibition.

As part of the business part of the international exhibition, a round table "Preserving the epizootic well-being of the Republic of Bashkortostan amid sanctions" was held.

The discussion was attended by the heads of district and city veterinary stations, heads of departments and territorial departments of the Veterinary Directorate. At the round table, issues of preserving the epizootic well-being of the republic in an unstable geopolitical situation, including from the introduction of African swine fever, avian influenza, and other especially dangerous diseases of cattle, were discussed.

Special attention was paid to import substitution in the face of sanctions and localization of production to create a stable epizootic well-being in the new geopolitical realities.
