The Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of Bashkiria helps republican companies to register abroad. According to the head of the department Margarita Bolycheva, at the moment they have been approached by ten enterprises that want to open subsidiaries in Kazakhstan and Turkey. The Ural Spring Plant has already registered, and Ufanet is going through formalities in the near abroad.
“Through these legal entities our products will be exported to other countries and imported to the republic,” the minister said.
In 2021, representative offices of Bashkortostan were opened in Kazakhstan and Belarus. In 2020, a representative office in Turkey was opened. These organizations are looking for investors in the republic, looking for buyers for our exporters, studying markets, negotiating, and in the current situation, looking for imports of products to the republic, exporting our citizens to the republic, participating in exhibitions.
In 2022, it is planned to open republican offices at the Russian trade missions in Uzbekistan and China. There are plans to expand the network of representative offices to eight by 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations RB reported.
