15 million rubles will be invested in "berry" business in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Land Property of Bashkiria plans to provide an entrepreneur with a land plot in the Aurgazinsky district for running a berry business, the republican government reported.

To implement this project, the investor, the Stolypino full-cycle fruit and berry farm, will need up to 30 hectares of land.

“At the Entrepreneurial Hour session in the district, employees of the ministry considered this project, listened to the entrepreneur and studied the business plan,” Rustam Gizatullin, Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations RB said. “It is planned that bush berry crops will be planted in the open ground on the lands provided by the Ministry of Land and Property.”

The planned volume of investments is 15 million rubles of the company's own funds. The project implementation period is 2022–2027. "Berry" production can give the Aurgazinsky district about 30 new jobs.

Following the results of the meeting for the implementation of this project, the territorial division of the Ministry of Land Property decided to help select a land plot and prepare all necessary documents. During the auction, the investor will be able to get the land for use.
