Export permits to these countries will be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Digital Development, and the Ministry of Natural Resources.
In addition, the government until the end of the year banned the sale of certain types of timber to countries unfriendly to Russia. The unfriendly list includes 48 states and territories that have imposed anti-Russian sanctions after the start of a special military operation to demilitarize Ukraine.
