Fake has been dispelled in Russia of Nord Stream 2 operator bankruptcy
The site http://voynasfakami.rf/ has debunked another myth that the Nord Stream 2 operator is bankrupt. On March 1, many media rushed to announce this, referring to the alleged statement of a subsidiary of Gazprom that the operator of the Nord Stream 2 project, Nord Stream 2 AG, had declared bankruptcy. The information was given with reference to the Swiss TV channel SPF.
In reality, Nord Stream 2 AG did not file for bankruptcy but was forced to close its website due to serious and continuous cyber-attacks. The telecommunications lines and the Nord Stream 2 AG website are still unavailable.
Nord Stream 2 is a gas pipeline project from the Russian coast across the Baltic Sea to Germany. Nord Stream 2 AG led this project. The project was completed in September 2021, but its certification was suspended on February 22, 2022.
