Ethnic-glamping worth 29 million rubles will be built in Bashkiria

It will be installed on the banks of the Sikiyaz River in the Yangan-Tau geopark in the Salavatsky district of Bashkortostan.

The ethnic-glamping project "Kurai Park" was considered at the next session of "Investment Hour", held by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. The organizers plan to welcome the first guests this summer. The project's full completion - with the equipment of public areas and the arrangement of the territory - will take place in 2025.

"Among the goals of this project are the development of various types of tourism, including gastronomic and event tourism, the formation of an accessible environment for a comfortable stay in the territory of the glamping, and the organization of outdoor activities," the Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Tourism Rinat Fatkullin noted.

"Kurai Park" is designed for all age categories of citizens provides from 26 to 50 rooms. The investor plans to invest 29 million rubles in it - the investment structure includes the development of documentation, the construction of residential modules, communications, and construction itself.

"The work of glamping will include the organization of walks and excursions to the sights of the Yangan-tau geopark, the work of craft workshops for holding ethnic master classes, photo zones, marking routes for hiking, horseback riding, cycling/motorcycling, holding thematic events," the entrepreneur, project organizer Alexander Zelenkin said.

The State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Tourism provides advisory support for entrepreneurs interested in developing the hospitality industry in Bashkortostan and for investors whose projects qualify for inclusion in the list of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
