Production of soft drinks will be launched in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has included Dobry Product LLC in the register of residents of the Beloretsk priority development area (PDA) of ​​the Republic of Bashkortostan. The company plans to organize the production of non-alcoholic carbonated drinks.

“As part of the implementation of the investment project, the company plans to launch the production of non-alcoholic carbonated drinks with a capacity of 5 million liters per year. The initiator intends to allocate 6 million rubles and create 15 new jobs,” Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy RB Ekaterina Klikunova said.

The goods will be delivered both to small retail grocery outlets and to large chains of the Beloretsk region and beyond. To accommodate the enterprise, the investor owns 470 square meter premises. The project implementation period is 2022–2028. The company plans to reach its design capacity in the first quarter of 2023, the press service of the Bashkortostan government reports.

The city of Beloretsk is a single-industry municipality of the second category. The city-forming enterprise is JSC Beloretsk Iron and Steel Works. The PDA was established within the boundaries of the single-industry city Beloretsk on February 12, 2019. 10 residents are registered there.

In total, there are 5 priority development areas in the Republic of Bashkortostan: Belebey, Kumertau, Blagoveshchensk, Neftekamsk and Beloretsk.

PDA residents enjoy standard income tax benefits.

During the first five years, the federal part is completely reset to zero, the regional part is 5%, in the next five years, the rate at the regional level is 10%. A reduced coefficient is provided for the lease of state property - 0.01. Municipalities set zero interest rates on land tax. Insurance premiums have also been reduced. These conditions apply only to companies that acquire resident status in the first three years of operation of the priority development area.
