

Today the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, met with the founder of the Ginza Project holding, Dmitry Sergeev. The Head of the Republic noted the high consumer interest in convenient formats of food markets and quality service.
"Bashkortostan is a region with developed agriculture, food, and processing industry. Our residents pay more and more attention to local products, so we try to support industry investment projects. Ginza Project is a well-known brand in large cities of Russia due to its integrated approach to creating trade and service platforms. We are ready to discuss various formats of your company's work in the republic, and we will consider negative trends in the economy as opportunities for launching new projects," Radiy Khabirov said.
"We started working in the restaurant business in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Today the company is actively developing in many regions of Russia. One of the key projects is the creation of markets of a new format, which have a convenient location and internal logistics, a wide range of goods and services with the possibility of organizing family holidays and leisure. In this direction, Bashkortostan has a great potential, which we can jointly implement in the interests of the inhabitants of the republic," Dmitry Sergeev, founder of the holding, explained.
The parties agreed that the specialists of the Ginza Project, holding together with the Ministry of Trade and Services of the region, will work out the most relevant areas of cooperation and present detailed projects.
Ginza Project is a Russian and international restaurant holding. It was created in 2003 in St. Petersburg by Dmitry Sergeev and Vadim Lapin. The holding owns and manages more than 150 restaurants in Moscow, St. Petersburg, New York, and London (Sixty restaurants, Marie Vanna, Carlson, Courchevel, Uilliam's, Tinatin, and the Pesto Cafe chain).
