Bashkiria awaits guests of Russia's largest Agro-Industrial Forum

Ufa will host the 32nd international specialized exhibition "AgroComplex" and the Agroindustrial Forum - the largest industry events in Russia from March 22 to March 25. This was reported by the press service of the republican government.

The exhibition and Forum will be held in a "hybrid" format: offline and online, taking into account the situation with the coronavirus. An online platform will be set up to allow real-time monitoring of events and communication with participants from anywhere in the world, the organizers promise.

Meanwhile, 230 companies from 21 regions of Russia and foreign countries have already confirmed their participation in the AgroComplex 2022 exhibition. A separate exposition at the upcoming exhibition will be the Fair of products from Russian manufacturers and farms of Bashkiria.

An exposition of more than 150 units of agricultural machinery and large-sized equipment will unfold on the square in front of the exhibition complex.

In addition, there will be a competition for the best samples of machinery, equipment, and technology. Traditionally, its winners will be able to mark products with gold and silver medals.

As for the Agro-Industrial Forum-2022, its program includes more than 20 business events, including a plenary session dedicated to producing food products with a "zero" carbon footprint. Among the main areas of the business program are cooperation in the agro-industrial complex, the integrated development of rural areas, biologization of agriculture, agricultural technologies in the face of climate change, genomic selection, milk production, technological modernization of the industry, export, veterinary medicine and the development of beekeeping.

Participation of delegations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Food, and Processing Industry of the Orenburg Region is planned for the Forum.

More than 200 speakers announced their participation in the Forum, including the heads of relevant departments of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the National Union of Dairy Producers, the Association of Dealers of Agricultural Machinery "ASHOD", the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), the Expert Council under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on the creation of carbon polygons, National Union of Breeders and Seed Growers, Russian State Agrarian University - Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy.
