Public catering turnover reached 27.3 billion rubles in Bashkiria

In general, in 2021, the turnover of public catering in Bashkiria amounted to 27.3 billion rubles, which is 7.8 percent more than in 2020. Such data were announced at a regional Ministry of Trade and Services board.

According to the latest data from the department, there are 7.7 thousand public catering establishments in the republic with more than 550 thousand seats.

At the same time, the volume of tax and non-tax revenues from the catering sector to the consolidated budget of the republic increased by 14.3 percent in 2021, the board of the Ministry of Trade of Bashkiria emphasized.

As for the development of a network of infant-feeding centers in the republic, last year in the cities and regions of the republic, the "Molochnaya Kukhnya" opened 11 distribution points for dairy products and infant formulas.

"Now, there are seven production sites in the region with a total capacity of about 35 tons of milk per day and 140 points for distributing dairy products and infant formulas. Last year, 3.6 thousand tons of milk were processed. This is 24 percent more than in 2020," the board of the Republican Ministry of Trade reported.
