Investment Hour session considered three projects in agriculture

This is a farm in the Zianchurinsky district, a trade and warehouse center near Ufa, and a large agricultural complex in the Birsky district.

The director of the Novopetrovskoye farm, Mikhail Dolgov, presented a project to modernize a livestock complex and a site for rearing young livestock in the Zianchurinsky district of the republic.

The investor plans to invest 270.4 million rubles in the modernization of the farm. They will be directed to the construction and reconstruction of premises, the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as an increase in livestock. As a result, milk output should reach 2.5 thousand tons per year.

Based on the discussion results, the investor will be reimbursed for part of the costs of acquiring pedigree livestock and will also be assisted in obtaining preferential loans for the development of the economy.

Imil Karshiev, Deputy Founder of Eurasia Agricultural Park, spoke about the concept of building a wholesale and logistics center for the storing, processing, and marketing of agricultural products, including fruit and vegetables, in the Ufimsky district.

The total storage area will be about 35 thousand square meters. Another 10 thousand square meters will accommodate a shopping center. It is also planned to build cross docks, small wholesale trade buildings, and a hotel in the territory.

The total investment in the project is tentatively estimated at 4.6 billion rubles. The final cost of the wholesale and logistics center, according to the investor, depends on the specific location of its location.

The Head of Bashkortostan instructed the administration of the Ufimsky district and the investor to select the best option for a land plot for the construction of the center.

Aleksey Komarovskikh, General Director of A7 Management LLC, spoke about creating a modern complex for growing, processing, and storing grain and vegetable crops in the Birsky district.

It includes the construction of a vegetable store, a grain drying complex, irrigation systems, a service center for the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, and the purchase of technological equipment and inventory.

The investment flow of the project involves a phased investment of 2.1 billion rubles until 2028. This will create more than 120 new jobs.

As a measure to support the project, the Investment Committee of Bashkortostan approved the allocation of a subsidy for irrigation system and processing complexes construction and engineering infrastructure.
