Excursion boats and floating restaurant are planned to be launched along Belaya River in Ufa

A tourist project for the organization of excursion transportation along the Belaya River in Ufa was considered at an Investment Hour session in the government.

According to Kirill Evdokimov, General Director of the “Agidel Flot” shipping company (part of the Alye Parusa Group of Companies), this initiative was prepared following the International Business Week held in Ufa from December 15 to 18, 2021.

Previously, the Alye Parusa group of companies successfully implemented a similar project in the Moscow agglomeration, which made it possible to form a business plan for Ufa.

At the first stage, the investor plans to use five ships of various capacities in transportation along the Belaya and Ufa Rivers from the monument to Salavat Yulaev to the Sipailovo neighborhood, creating about 30 new jobs. The volume of investments is 230 million rubles. The company will make its first rides in 2022.

At the second stage, the investor is considering the possibility of building a floating restaurant for 300 seats in the capital of the republic.

It is necessary to mount berthing structures and open ticket offices in the area of ​​​​the Ufa Friendship Monument, the monument to Salavat Yulaev, and in Sipailovo to organize transportation by water transport.

The Head of Bashkortostan supported the presented project, instructing the State Committee of the region for Tourism to submit proposals for organizing excursions for socially unprotected residents of the republic.

Radiy Khabirov noted that it would be important to organize the sale of tickets in visitor centers decorated in the national style of the republic, which would also house the sale of souvenirs, catering establishments, and information zones for guests.

The Head of the Region also instructed to report on plans for dredging the Belaya River at one of the next Investment Hour sessions.
