

In Bashkiria, the turnover of the tourism industry amounted to 15.4 billion rubles in 2021. This was reported by the press service of the regional State Committee for Tourism.
The growth is 108 percent compared to the level of 2020.
At the same time, the head of the department, Rinat Fatkullin, said that part of the tourism sector remains gray since many enterprises provide services for cash.
“In Bashkiria, the number of accommodation facilities is increasing, the number of offers, the growth of the market goes on and on, and will continue to go on,” Rina Grinberg, co-owner of the Dom61 guest house, said.
According to the regional State Committee for Tourism, the main flow of tourists to Bashkiria is formed by neighboring regions - Chelyabinsk, Orenburg regions, Tatarstan, and guests from Moscow and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District.
