New tourist attraction will appear in Beloretsk
A new tourist attraction will appear in Beloretsk. It will be a hotel complex with 30 rooms, the construction of which will be carried out by the Green Valley company. The opening of the new hotel will give the city's economy 11 jobs.
"Bashkortostan is a large center of concentration of mountain and ski sports resorts, one of which is located in Beloretsk. The construction of the hotel complex will positively impact the tourist infrastructure development of Beloretsk. The cost of the investment project will be 33 million rubles," Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy RB Ekaterina Klikunova said.
Recall that Beloretsk is one of the residents of the five territories of priority development area (PDA). Its participants can receive income tax benefits. During the first five years, the federal part of the tax is completely reset for them, and in the next five years, the rate at the regional level is 10%.
