Major Turkish investor plans to produce plastic pipes and acrylic bathtubs in Bashkiria

The Turkish holding SANICA PIPE Ltd intends to locate its production in Bashkiria, the regional government's press service reported.

In the republic, the investor plans to implement projects for the production of plastic pipes, acrylic bathtubs, shower stalls, and combined boilers and heating batteries. The volume of investments at the first stage - for the production of plastic pipes - will be about 850 million rubles, while 120 jobs will be created.

Before the visit of the SANICA PIPE Ltd holding representatives to Bashkiria, the General Director of the Development Corporation, Nail Gabbasov, visited Neftekamsk, where he got acquainted with the facilities of the Belkam industrial park.

“After a detailed study of the requirements, the investor was offered several investment sites that meet all technical specifications. Belkam turned out to be the most suitable for implementing the project. The park has free sites and industrial premises. In addition, it is provided with all the necessary transport and engineering infrastructure,” Nail Gabbasov said.

Representatives of the holding will visit the Belkam industrial park and personally get acquainted with the venue chosen.

Founded in 1987, Fatinoğlu Holding/SANICA PIPE Ltd is the first manufacturer of acrylic bathtubs in Turkey. Along with the production of bathtubs, the holding operates in seven main production areas: heating systems, boilers, industrial pipes and plumbing materials, shower stalls, electric forklifts, and special floor equipment.

Production facilities are based at seven plants in three countries. Export deliveries are carried out in more than 50 countries; the company is one of the five largest manufacturers of bathtubs in Europe.
