Minimum wage in Bashkiria is 16,330 rubles
The Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection RB Lenara Ivanova spoke about the innovations that have come into force since January 2022 - changes in the provision of social support measures, fundamental values in social policy - the minimum wage and the living wage.
“From January 1, under federal law, the minimum wage increased by 8.6% and amounted to 13,890 rubles. Multiplying this by the Ural coefficient, we get a certain amount. However, in our republic, we have agreed with employers and trade unions on a higher value compared to the federal minimum wage - 14,200 rubles. It is important that from January 1 in our republic, following the agreement on the minimum wage, its amount is 16,330 rubles,” the minister stressed, recalling that in Bashkortostan, remuneration for full-time work cannot be lower than this amount.
