Industrial production index reached its maximum value over past 10 years in Bashkiria in 2021

In 2021, the industrial production index of Bashkortostan, despite the coronavirus and its impact on the economy, amounted to 107.5%. This is higher than the average Russian indicator by 2.2% and is the maximum value over the past ten years, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov posted on his social media.

“The level of the industrial production index is the most important indicator that measures taken by us are on target. These are our investment hour sessions, industrial sessions, interdepartmental commissions with large holdings, several programs to support the light industry and the timber industry, the effective work of the Republican Industry Development Fund, which, through the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, attracts loans convenient for our enterprises. Our enterprises also actively participate in the national project “Labor Productivity”. We rank third in the country in implementing this program,” the Head of the Region said.
