Average pension after indexation is announced in Bashkiria
Pensioners of Bashkiria began to receive pensions indexed to 8.6 percent, the PFR Department for the region reported.
Indexed payments are delivered to non-working pensioners of the republic from today, according to the usual schedule. Since January 1, payments have increased by 5.9 percent. Since February 1, additionally indexed to 8.6%.
Along with the February pension, pensioners will also receive an additional payment for January, taking into account the additional indexation of pensions from 5.9 to 8.6 percent. All payments will come automatically; no need to apply to the Pension Fund.
“Indexation of insurance pensions and a fixed payment to the insurance pension affected more than 1.050 million residents of the republic. After indexation, the average size of the old-age insurance pension in Bashkiria amounted to 17.5 thousand rubles,” Foat Khantimerov, manager of the Pension Fund Department for Bashkiria, said.
