Virtual tours of Bashkiria investment sites have been developed

The Bashkiria Development Corporation has developed virtual tours of the republic's investment sites, the regional government's press service reported.

Thanks to these virtual tours, investors can now view sites without visiting them. A 360-degree view will allow them to get basic information about the facilities, get acquainted with the engineering infrastructure, characteristics of land plots, and real estate located within them.

"Current realities dictate certain conditions. Due to the epidemiological situation, this format will be an excellent solution for potential investors to get acquainted with the sites safely," Nail Gabbasov, head of the Bashkiria Development Corporation, commented. "A virtual tour will help to fully see the land plot, practically walk around it without leaving the area, and make a decision on the implementation of an investment project on the proposed territory."

For the first time, the concept of virtual tours was presented at the International Business Week 2021 held in Ufa. Then the leadership of the republic, speakers, and participants of a large-scale forum highly appreciated this innovation, which can significantly simplify the process of an investor entering the region.

Previously, the service for investors worked in test mode. Now 29 investment sites are available on the website of the Development Corporation in the "Virtual Tours" section, and their number is growing daily.
