Today, in Ufa, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov held the first meeting of the interdepartmental commission in 2022 on interaction issues with republican organizations of PJSC Gazprom. It complied with the current sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules.
Opening the commission's work, the Head of the Region noted the stable development of the economy of Bashkortostan in 2021.
"We ended last year with an increase in industrial production, achieved good progress in attracting investments, outstripping the pace of 2020. In many respects, this was facilitated by Gazprom's enterprises located in the republic," Radiy Khabirov emphasized.
Among the tasks facing Bashkortostan and PJSC Gazprom, the Head of the Republic outlined three key areas of joint work. These are gasification of settlements in the region, development of gas chemistry, and power engineering.
"Together with Gazprom, we have launched a program for gas supply and gasification of the republic until 2025 of 13.5 billion rubles. We will supply gas to 25,000 houses and almost 300 social facilities," Radiy Khabirov said. "In addition, on behalf of the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, more than 131,000 households will be included in the additional gasification program. The republic has already received the first 1.2 billion rubles for its implementation. As of January 24, 2022, "blue fuel" was brought to 2,048 houses.
One of the largest industrial projects in the republic is being implemented by Gazprom LNG Technologies. We are talking about constructing a complex for the production of liquefied gas in the Sterlitamaksky region. It will start operating in 2022.
In addition, the construction of a technological complex for processing 28 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year with the production of ethylene and propylene from it began at the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat enterprise.
The Head of Bashkortostan also noted the strengthening of cooperation between Gazprom and UEC-UMPO enterprises in the modernization and expansion of the AL-31ST gas turbine engine line. New pumping units have already been delivered to the Power of Siberia gas pipeline, the Bovanenkovskoye field, and the compressor stations Yubileynaya, Sharan, and Polyanskaya.
"We hope that Rostec will timely fulfill its obligations to create in Shaksha a complex for assembling and testing industrial engines with a capacity of up to 45 MW and manufacturing the first prototypes of the AL-41ST engine with a capacity of 25 MW," Radiy Khabirov added.
The Head of Bashkortostan also said that the republic, together with the Rostov region, took first place in Russia regarding the number of CNG filling compressor stations. 41 CNG stations are operating in the area.
