

The project is currently being developed. The concept provides for 150 rooms, a lobby bar, a fitness center, parking, and meeting rooms.
“Each Ibis Styles hotel is unique due to the striking design inspired by a specific theme, which is reflected in all rooms and public areas,” the Acting Chairman of the State Committee RB for Tourism Rinat Fatkullin. “The volume of investments of entrepreneurs will amount to 917 million rubles. 120 new jobs will be created as a result of the appearance of such a tourism object in the region.”
At the moment, the investor has concluded an investment agreement with Ufa International Airport JSC on the hotel construction project, signed an agreement on the transfer of rights and obligations under a land lease agreement, conducted marketing research, and defined the concept of the project. The project is planned to participate in the interest rate subsidy program.
Rostourism, for the first time, launched a program for concessional lending to investors for the construction and reconstruction of hotels last year: loans will be provided for up to 15 years at a rate of 3-5% per annum. Due to this measure, it is planned to start construction of more than 20 thousand new hotel rooms under Russian and international brands in the popular resorts of Russia until 2024, including in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
