Four large investment projects in the food and processing industry with a total investment of 3.7 billion rubles were completed in full or reached the next stage in Bashkiria in 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture RB reported.
As a result of the modernization, the capacity of sugar refineries in Chishmy and Raevka was brought up to 6 thousand tons and 5.5 thousand tons per day, respectively. "These two enterprises will be enough to process all the sugar beets that the region will produce in the coming years," Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture RB Ilshat Fazrakhmanov said at a briefing session in the government.
An ice cream factory with a warehouse is being built at the Bashkir Ice Cream enterprise. The volume of the investment project is 1.4 billion rubles; more than 600 million rubles have already been invested. The Pishcheprom company is developing the Buzdyaksky brand: 238 million rubles have been invested in the new production of high-tech products, the total investment will amount to 365.7 million rubles.
Over the past five years, 15 investment projects in the food and processing industry worth 9 billion rubles have been implemented in Bashkiria. They were provided with state support for 270 million rubles, not counting tax benefits. The companies' revenue during this time amounted to 23 billion rubles.
