Six companies are preparing to become residents of Blagoveshchensk PDA in Bashkiria

On January 11, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held an off-site thematic meeting as an "Industrial Hour" session in the Blagoveshchensky district. The participants discussed the development of the "Blagoveshchensk" priority development area (PDA).

According to the head of the Blagoveshchensky district of the republic, Oleg Golov, by the beginning of 2022, 24 enterprises with investments of 16.9 billion rubles and the creation of two thousand jobs began to operate at the production sites of the area.

"Another six companies are preparing applications for residency. In connection with the increase in the workload of the PDA, it became necessary to modernize the engineering and transport infrastructure. This includes, in particular, a section of the road passing through the territory of the industrial zone and requiring repair," the head of the municipality noted.

According to experts, the Blagoveshchensk PDA needs significant energy capacities, which will be provided after commissioning the "Yuldash" substation of LLC "Bashkirenergo".

According to the chairman of the board - general director of JSC "BESK" Sergei Gurin, the energy facility is at the design stage. In September of this year, the builders will start assembling the substation and will complete the work in a year.

Another topical issue of PDA development is the staffing of resident enterprises. According to the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, its solution largely depends on the working conditions offered by the companies, in particular, the level of wages.

Another instruction given by the Head of Bashkiria to the republic's government was to consider the participation of "Kvadro" LLC in meetings of working groups on interaction with large holding companies in the industrial sector and the Association of Developers RB. The meeting participants will be able to assess the competitiveness of products and the relevance of further cooperation.

Radiy Khabirov also instructed the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the region, together with law enforcement agencies, to intensify work on identifying and suppressing the activities of illegal buyers of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the territory of Bashkortostan.
