A new line for the production of insulating materials was launched in Bashkir Blagoveshchensk. These are refractory basalt pierced mats used in industrial construction as heat and sound insulation, fire protection, and insulation of high-temperature equipment and equipment of complex geometric shapes, pipelines, steam lines, gas ducts, containers. The resident of PDA "Blagoveshchensk" - the "KVADRO" company - invested more than 1 billion rubles in the project.

Today, as part of a working trip to the city of Blagoveshchensk, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, took part in the ceremony of launching the work of the new plant. According to the director of "KVADRO" LLC, Vadim Leshkov now the company employs 95 people. The investor built a modern industrial site and landscaped the territory to start production. The total volume of work performed is more than 90%. The planned production capacity is 24 192 tons per year. It is planned to reach its design capacity in 2022. At the opening ceremony, the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, noted that opening new production facilities at the beginning of the year was a very good tradition.

According to Vadim Leshkov, almost 25 thousand tons of finished products will be produced here - highly efficient thermal insulation for industrial needs. It should be noted that there are no similar industries in the republic. Moreover, the products, the main consumers of which are the fuel and energy complex enterprises, will be sold in Bashkortostan and throughout Russia and abroad. The first contracts have already been signed.

“This is the seventh enterprise that has been launched in Blagoveshchensk in recent years. I will say that the Blagoveshchensk priority development area is one of the best in the republic. In general, we are the second largest in the country in terms of investors attracted to PDA. They invested 5.5 billion rubles in creating and developing enterprises in Bashkortostan and opened 3,600 jobs. Now they have added another 100 employees of "KVADRO", Radiy Khabirov posted on his social media.

Blagoveshchensk is a monocity with the city-forming enterprise "Blagoveshchensk Valve Plant". The PDA in the city was established on February 12, 2019. In total, there are five PSAs in Bashkiria: in Belebey, Kumertau, Blagoveshchensk, Neftekamsk and Beloretsk. PDA residents can apply reduced tax rates, insurance premium rates, and other federal and regional preferences.
