Investors are invited to participate in steel production in Agidel

Project managers of the Bashkiria Development Corporation have developed a new business proposal to create steel production in Agidel. The total project budget, which is 148.9 million rubles, includes design and survey, construction and installation works, equipment procurement, and other costs. It is planned to create 53 jobs for the city's population and surrounding areas.

On the land plot selected by the department's specialists for implementing the business proposal, there are already production workshops, warehouses, a landfill, and administrative buildings. The investor will be able to rent or purchase them.

The business proposal provides options for the manufactured products. Among them are hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheet products and cold-rolled coil. The plant is planned to produce steel products in the amount of 37.2 tons per day.

The business plan considers the use of state support measures - the provision of land for lease without tenders, subsidies to compensate for part of the cost of building transport and engineering infrastructure, tax incentives. According to calculations, the investor will be able to recoup his investment in less than three years.

"Bashkortostan is one of the regions with the best industrial production growth rates. According to the forecasts of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, in the coming years, we will be among the top ten in this area. That is why we are preparing for investors a large number of business cases in the field of industrial development," Nail Gabbasov, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, explained.
