Bashkiria will achieve highest indicators in housing construction - Radiy Khabirov

We will end the year with an indicator of 2 million 900 thousand square meters of housing. This is the highest figure in the republic's history, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, said today at a weekly briefing session in the government.

Construction of 21 social and engineering infrastructure objects has been completed in the republic at the expense of the allocated funds. Nine educational facilities were built for 1,100 student places and 440 preschool education places, one fitness center for sports purposes, one recreation center, nine engineering infrastructure facilities. One healthcare facility was reconstructed.

More than 114 thousand families have improved their living conditions. 11 thousand citizens of specific categories received assistance from the state to improve their living conditions for a total amount of about 2.4 billion rubles.

It is planned to build water supply and sewerage networks in such promising areas as Zabelie and Zaufimye neighborhoods using the mechanism of infrastructure bonds. The designed housing stock in these areas will amount to 14 million square meters.
