Factory for sewing work clothes was launched in Ishimbaysky district at Alga SEZ

Today, the first production was launched at the first site of the Alga special economic zone in the Ishimbaysky district. A modern automated sewing factory for the production of work clothes was opened here. The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov took part in the ceremony of launching the factory.

"Last week, our SEZ was recognized as the fastest developing one, there has never been such a thing in history that ten residents appeared in a year and a half, and two large enterprises started working at once. Therefore, with a special feeling, I congratulate all of you on this wonderful event today. I wish you all the best! "Radiy Khabirov said.

Recall that last week the Alga SEZ, located in the territory of the Ishimbaysky and Sterlitamaksky districts of Bashkortostan, became the most dynamically developing special economic zone of an industrial-production type in Russia at the end of 2021. The results of the V National rating of investment attractiveness of the SEZ of Russia were announced at a press conference at the TASS news agency on December 16.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arkada LLC Mikhail Tsukerman thanked the leadership of Bashkortostan and personally the Head of the Republic for supporting their project. He noted that such sewing factories had not yet opened in Russia, with 800 jobs created at once.

According to the general director of the enterprise, Evgeny Romanov, the assortment range can contain more than 1000 items. The main consumers of workwear are metallurgy, mechanical engineering, oil and gas and energy, catering, consumer services, medicine and mining, security companies.

A roadmap was approved to train the required number of personnel for the Arkada production facilities, and short-term vocational training programs were developed.

 In 2021, 212 unemployed people underwent training under the "Operator of sewing equipment with digital program control" program through the Ministry of Labor RB. A total of 190 people have already been employed at the factory, of which 165 are from those who have completed training.
