Fourth package of state support measures will be presented in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the development of the fourth package of state support measures is coming to an end, Rustam Muratov, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the region, emphasized it at the International Business Week in Ufa on Friday.

According to him, the dominant part of this package will be directed to agriculture, soil improvement, modernization of all equipment.

"Certainly, the Trans-Urals, the north-east of the republic, where our state assistance is most needed is a special priority for us," Rustam Muratov commented to Bashinform News Agency after the Open Dialogue plenary meeting.

As the First Deputy Prime Minister emphasized, small and medium-sized businesses are of no less importance for the local authorities.

"Today we started the economic day of the International Business Week with this very topic, to show everyone that this is one of the most important directions. The way small and medium-sized businesses live, so does the entire economy. This is a kind of litmus. Positive trends are also observed in this area. So far, not everything is ok, so there is what to strive for," Muratov said.

Recall that in 2020, the republic's authorities provided two packages of state support for business and the economy with a total volume of 30 billion rubles. In February 2021, the third package of measures to support the economy in a pandemic was presented.

As reported by Bashinform News Agency, the "International Business Week - 2021. Investments in the Future" forum is being held in Ufa from December 15 to 18. The business program is dedicated to the economy, exports, investments, media, and small and medium-sized businesses of the SCO and BRICS member states.
