Testing opening of Ufimsky Industrial Park took place in Bashkiria

Yesterday, a technical opening of a production complex with an area of ​​20 thousand square meters took place in the Ufimsky Industrial Park. The first production was launched by the ArtAgro company, which is engaged in the construction and reconstruction of agricultural facilities and the production of grain cleaning equipment that has no analogs in Russia. The total declared investment in the company's project is about 150 million rubles and involves the creation of 70 new jobs.

"As part of the International Business Week, today we are opening another production complex of the industrial park. It is already the 11th in a row, 18 technoparks also operate in the republic, and in general, we are creating good tools to support business. I want to say that all our industrial parks are 90 percent occupied, and we will build new ones. I congratulate the ArtAgro company on its production launch," the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov said.

First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy Rustam Muratov noted that back in April 2020, there was just a wasteland on the site of the industrial park.

"Construction of an industrial complex within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises" was an initiative of the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. With his support, we implemented a large infrastructure project, meeting the target dates. The complex area is already occupied by 70 percent, seven residents of various industries with a total investment of 600 million rubles will work here," Rustam Muratov marked.

The start of the first production in the Ufimsky industrial park was given by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and the General Director of the Russian Export Center Veronika Nikishina.

The construction of an industrial complex with an area of ​​20 thousand square meters was initiated within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives." In 2019, the Development Corporation's investment project "Creation and Development of the Ufimsky Industrial Park" passed the competitive selection for a federal subsidy in 2020-2021 from the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Residents of the Ufimsky Industrial Park and the production complex receive many preferences. First of all, these are tax incentives for the company's property and a preferential rental rate, and quick access to infrastructure.

The Ufimsky Industrial Park is located at the entrance to the Shaksha neighborhood of the city of Ufa. The park area is almost 300 hectares, and the convenient location provides an accessible transport infrastructure. The railroad tracks lead to the park's territory and the Shaksha station of the Kuibyshev railway. Throughout the park, there are inter-site roads with an exit to the federal highway M5-Ural.
