

Anatoly Serdyukov, industrial director of the aviation complex of Rostec State Corporation, today at a meeting of the interdepartmental commission, highly appreciated the effectiveness of interaction with Bashkortostan.
First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkortostan Rustam Muratov spoke about the progress in implementing instructions following the results of previous meetings of the commission. In particular, in August 2021, a new production and training center of the Rostec aviation cluster was opened in Ufa. It began work on August 25 at the UEC-UMPO as part of the final of the National Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia). The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that the Ufa enterprise JSC UPPO, which is part of Rostec, had become a participant in the national project Labor Productivity. This will optimize production and improve efficiency. In addition, UAPO JSC is considering the possibility of participating in the national project.
"We expect that in 2021 the index of production volume of NPO Stankostroenie will reach 300 percent, KumAPP - 165 percent, Tuimazinsky concrete truck plant - 138 percent", Rustam Muratov added.
Yevgeny Semivelichenko, Managing Director of PJSC UEC-Ufa Engine-Building Production Association, recalled in his speech that in October 2021, at the site of the X St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Gazprom Oleg Aksyutin and Deputy General Director of Rostec State Corporation Dmitry Lelikov signed an agreement aimed at developing the production of industrial gas turbine engines. UEC-UMPO has already supplied four AL-31ST engines for Gazprom's needs as part of this project.
"In total, we signed an agreement on the supply of 18 engines to the Bovanenkovskoye field of the Yamal Peninsula, of which we will manufacture ten units in 2021 and the rest in 2022," Evgeny Semivelichenko said. "Besides, we will manufacture 12 engines to operate the Power of Siberia gas trunkline. These are excellent prospects for us."
The Managing Director of UEC-UMPO also announced the preparation for producing a new 25 MW AL-41ST engine. By the beginning of 2023, the enterprise team plans to make the first copies, and from 2024 to start mass production of the novelty. For testing it, modern production and technical complex will be created in the Ufa neighborhood of Shaksha.
Shamil Sharipov, General Director of Gazprom Transgaz Ufa, explained that a total of 76 AL-31ST engines operated at Gazprom's facilities. Their total operating time exceeded 2 million hours.
Within the framework of the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and General Director of Gazprom Transgaz Ufa LLC Shamil Sharipov in the video conferencing mode launched comprehensive operational tests of a new gas compressor unit based on the AL-31ST engine installed at the KS-17 Polyana compressor station in Blagoveshchensky district.
The Head of Bashkortostan thanked the leadership of the Rostec State Corporation and Gazprom for effective cooperation that stimulates the development of the republican machine building.
