Bashkiria enterprises will be inspected for compliance with vaccination standards from December 20
On December 18, 2021, the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of Bashkiria, Anna Kazak, on the mandatory vaccination of employees of the republic's industrial, construction, and agricultural enterprises comes into force. The employers had several months to arrange for the vaccination of their employees. From December 20, specialists of the regional Rospotrebnadzor will visit the above enterprises with checks.
In case of non-compliance with the resolution, the employees of Rospotrebnadzor have the right to draw up an administrative protocol. The court will already decide on a fine for a legal entity or suspension of an enterprise's activities.
As a reminder, since December 18, employers will be entitled to prevent unvaccinated employees from entering the workplace without pay.
