At a meeting of the budget committee of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB, the deputies considered amendments to the bill "On the budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2022 and the planning period of 2023 and 2024." Most of the amendments are related to an increase in the volume of projected revenues next year by 17.9 billion rubles.
"In preparation for the final consideration of the bill, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan introduced a large number of amendments," the Chairman of the State Assembly, Konstantin Tolkachev, said. "They are due to both the adoption of the federal law on the budget for the next three years and the clarification of gratuitous receipts and the revision of own sources of income, primarily the profit tax."
Thus, revenues for the next year are projected at 246.2 billion rubles, expenses - 267.6 billion rubles, deficit - 21.4 billion rubles.
The Speaker of the Parliament noted that the deficit is provided by sources of coverage.
"The volume of the deficit complies with the standards; there is an understanding of the sources of its repayment. The balances of funds not used in the current year will be directed for these purposes," Konstantin Tolkachev said. "Also, to finance the deficit in the planned three-year period, borrowed funds, including infrastructure budget loans, will be attracted."
