Number of offered vacancies increased by 52% over year in Bashkiria
The number of submitted CVs increased by 6%.
Last month, 23 thousand vacancies were opened in the republic, which is 52% more than in November 2020, hh.ru reported. In terms of the growth in demand for personnel, Bashkiria took 56th place in the country.
Most often in November, employers posted vacancies in the professional areas "Sales" (30%), "Workers" (18%), "Construction, real estate" (15%), "Manufacturing" (14%), "Transport, logistics" (11%)].
At the same time, the number of CVs compared to last year increased by only 6% - in November, about 89 thousand residents of the republic were actively looking for a new job. Most often - in the areas of "Sales" (10%), "Production" and "Extraction of raw materials" (8% each), "Administrative staff" (7%), "Transport, logistics" (6%).
In Russia as a whole, the number of vacancies in November 2021 increased by 60% from November last year, the number of CVs increased by only 1%.
