BSС announces postponement of Board of Directors meeting

The shareholders of Bashkir Soda Company (BSC) JSC decided to postpone the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors, which was to be held on December 2, 2021, to work out a long-term strategy of the enterprise at the request of the Federal Agency for State Property Management.

On the recommendation of the Federal Property Management Agency, which is the majority shareholder, committees will be formed to comprehensively consider the issues included in the agenda of the Board of Directors. Considering the importance of the issues proposed by the company at the meeting of the Board of Directors, the shareholders consider it expedient to carry out such work. The commissions will include representatives of all stakeholders and independent experts.

The new date of the meeting of the Board of Directors will be announced additionally on the official sources of information disclosure.
