Investors are offered ready-made business case in the Tatyshlinsky district in Bashkiria
The launch of a brick factory will require an investment of 180 million rubles and pay off in 2.5 years.
The business proposal was developed by the project managers of the Development Corporation RB.
A site in the village of Verkhniye Tatyshly is proposed to locate the production, where there are already suitable premises. Their transfer can be in the form of either a sale, or a long-term lease, or a joint implementation of production.
The business proposal also contains proposed government support measures. The investor will be able to count on being included in the List of Priority Investment Projects, the provision of a land plot for rent without bidding, and tax incentives. The implementation of the project will be accompanied by a project manager who will take over the paperwork and interaction with the municipality, the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan informs.
