The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia is holding a competition to create and implement communication leisure and gaming services, audio and video services.
State grants will be allocated as part of the New Communication Internet Technologies roadmap developed by PJSC Rostelecom in cooperation with “Dialog” non-profit organization. The grant for the digital transformation of companies will be from 120 to 300 million rubles, from 20 to 300 million for the development of domestic IT solutions.
The main directions are video hosting platforms, intelligent dynamic video stream analysis and speech recognition, technologies for detecting fakes and deepfakes, recommendation services, software systems for user analysis, and targeted auto-generation of content.
The main conditions are from 6 to 30 months for the implementation of the project and its inclusion in the register of domestic software or Russian radio-electronic products no later than six months from the date of completion.
“There are many ideological developers in Bashkortostan who will certainly take advantage of the opportunity to receive a subsidy for the development of their software products in favor of the digital transformation of the region,” Rasul Taipov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development RB, said.
