In 2022, airlines will receive subsidies for flights to 17 directions from Ufa and back.
“Subsidies are provided to reimburse air carriers for lost income from regional air transportation of passengers on the territory of the Russian Federation and the formation of a regional route network this year,” Alexander Bulushev, Minister of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Bashkortostan, said.
Seven carriers will operate subsidized air flights: Azimut, Utair, Red Wings, S7 Airlines, RusLine, IrAero, Yamal.
Thus, in 2022 the number of subsidized routes will increase by 30% compared to 2021; airlines will launch more than 1.1 thousand flights from Ufa and back, including at the expense of the budget of the republic and other regions.
