Bashkiria leading in Volga Federal District in housing commissioning

From January to October 2021, 2.35 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Bashkiria, Bashkortostan Statistics Agency informs. For comparison, this is 22.1% higher than the indicators of the same period last year. This allowed the republic to come out on top in the Volga Federal District and take sixth place among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in terms of housing commissioning.

According to the head of the department, Egor Rodin, over the past period alone, the region has completed and commissioned seven apartment buildings - in Ufa, Oktyabrsky, and Neftekamsk.

At the same time, Bashkiria continues to demonstrate significant growth in individual housing construction. At the expense of all sources of financing for 10 months of 2021, taking into account residential buildings built on land plots for gardening, 1.36 million sq. m., which is 20% more compared to January - October 2020.

Today, according to the Unified Information System for Housing Construction, more than two hundred building permits are in force in Bashkortostan. Developers are building 272 houses with a total area of ​​3.4 million square meters.
