Social entrepreneurs number has grown by 70% year to date in Bashkiria

Now the number of business entities with this status is 328; there were 196 in January.

According to this indicator, Bashkiria hit the top three regions. The State Committee announced the data for Entrepreneurship RB at the SocialDrive forum held online in Ufa on November 9.

There are 244 enterprises in the register of social service providers of the Ministry of Labor RB, of which 189 are private businesses. According to department representatives, the participants of this register have attracted 5 million rubles from federal funds and 7 million rubles in 9 months from the republican ones. The amount of funds allocated for the provision of services in the social sphere of the region has grown to 2 billion rubles over the past six years.

Several concession agreements for the construction of boarding houses for the elderly have been signed in the republic. Two of them, for 13 and 32 beds, will open in the Gafurisky region in the near future. An agreement on the construction of a boarding house in the Iglinsky district is being prepared for signing.

According to the Ministry of Education RB, the number of private kindergartens over the past four years has grown from 20 to 45. Several more institutions will open soon; they have received sanitary permits. Some subjects build their own buildings for their kindergartens.

By the end of 2020, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia included the republic in the top five in measures to support social entrepreneurship. 51 million rubles were allocated for grant support to social entrepreneurs in the region in 2021. In addition, social organizations can count on government support in the form of loans, leasing, guarantees on preferential terms. Another area of ​​support for entrepreneurs is the educational program "Accelerator of Social Projects", which is being implemented by the Center for Innovation in the Social Sphere RB, which is one of the three best in Russia. In particular, since the beginning of 2021, 245 people have been trained.
