Bashkiria Finance Ministry presented to parliament draft budget for 2022

The specialized committees heard reports on the financing of the subordinate industries.

Expenditures on the road infrastructure next year are planned in the amount of 24.8 billion rubles (for 2023 - 24.5 billion rubles, 2024 - 24.6 billion rubles). Last year, the volume of the Road Fund amounted to 24.3 billion rubles.

The amount of Republican targeted investment program financing will amount to 23.4 billion rubles. (2023 - 20 billion rubles, 2024 - 25.1 billion rubles). In 2020, 20.6 billion rubles were allocated for Republican targeted investment program facilities.

Financing of the housing and utility services sector for 2022 is determined of 11.5 billion rubles. In 2022, more than 200 courtyards will be landscaped, 250 entrances and 28 roofs will be repaired, 256 elevators in apartment buildings will be replaced. It is planned to equip 409 public spaces within three years.

6.6 billion rubles are allocated for the agricultural sector in 2022 (in 2023 and 2024 - 5.4 billion rubles each). Additional funds are being sought to support the agro-industrial complex and this year, the budget supported companies affected by the restrictions of the pandemic and drought, the Ministry of Finance noted.

The revenues of the consolidated budget of Bashkiria for 2022 are planned for 228.3 billion rubles, expenditures - 243.3 billion rubles, the deficit - 15 million rubles (no deficit is forecast for the next two years).

Further, the State Assembly will consider the bill and make adjustments, which will be taken into account in the final version of the document.
