Andrey Nazarov: 50 industrial parks should be created in Bashkortostan by 2024

In Bashkortostan, 50 industrial parks should be created by 2024. Now there are 11 industrial parks and 18 technoparks registered in the republic. 26.6 thousand jobs have been created there, the total investment of which is more than 44 billion rubles.

"We plan to subsidize the management companies of technoparks in modernization and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities," Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov said at a government meeting.

Currently, the construction of three parks ("Center of Agrotechnologies", "Ufimsky", "Nizhegorodsky") is being completed within the framework of the "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives" national project. The republic has attracted 755.6 million rubles from the federal budget for these parks. This will create about 3 thousand jobs, accommodate more than 20 new residents.

It is planned to create a modern industrial technopark for the production of a wide range of trailers at the Tuimazinsky concrete truck plant. On the premises of the Iglinsky weighing plant, a technopark is being prepared. An industrial park for stone processing is planned in the village of Tirmen, Abzelilovsky district. In addition, the Bashkortostan Development Corporation surveyed 6 sites for creating additional industrial parks and technology parks in Uchalinsky, Birsky, Belebeyevsky, Kushnarenkovsky, Salavatsky districts, and the city of Kumertau. According to preliminary estimates, the total estimated cost of creating infrastructure facilities for these parks, design, and construction of engineering networks is about 3.1 billion rubles. This will create about 1000 more new jobs taking into account the attraction of more than 3.7 billion rubles of private investment.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy Rustam Muratov suggested using the mechanisms of public-private partnership as a model project to create one of the technology parks.
