Economic growth is predicted by 4% in 2022 - 2024 in Bashkiria

The industry growth, the consumer market, construction, and agriculture will ensure an increase in the gross regional product.

The Ministry of Economic Development RB presented a macroeconomic forecast for the socio-economic development of the republic at a meeting of the Presidium of the State Assembly - Kurultay of Bashkiria.

The forecast was made considering the epidemiological situation, Deputy Prime Minister - Economic Development Minister Rustam Muratov said.

It is assumed that investments in fixed assets in 2022 will grow by 9% compared to 2021, in 2024 - by 12%.

This year's industrial production index is planned at 105%; the rate will average 105.5% annually in the next three years.

Agricultural production in 2022 compared to 2021 will increase by 21.2%. The authorities expect that growth will be ensured by large investment projects to construct livestock complexes and soil improvement systems, which will increase the production of meat, milk, and grain.

Housing commissioning by 2024 is planned to increase to 3 million square meters. Achievement of the goal will be facilitated by federal support instruments: infrastructure budget loans and bonds, the "Stimul" program.

The retail trade growth rate in 2022-2024 is calculated in the range of 102.8 - 102.9%.

The growth of the average monthly wage by 2024 is planned to reach 50.4 thousand rubles. Real disposable income will recover annually from 99.8% in 2022 to 101.4% in 2024. A decrease in unemployment by that time is planned to 4.3%.
