Two Bashkir kumis producers received export permits
Two Bashkir producers of kumis received export permits. According to the regional Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor, based on the results of the work carried out, the enterprises were recognized as meeting the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union. They received the right to export their products to the territory of the Customs Union countries - Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.
Veterinary and sanitary inspections of the enterprises of "Agro-Alliance" LLC (Chishminsky district, Shingak-Kul village) and individual entrepreneur Yangirova A.R. (Ufa district, Yumatovo village) producing kumis were carried out jointly with the Veterinary Directorate RB at the request of the owners. The commission studied production processes, assessed enterprises' structural and technological characteristics, and concluded positively.
